In the world of the future, lack of space for Earth’s booming population after the Universal Drag War caused cities to spread up instead of out. Metropolis of the 24th century dwarfed that of the 21st, with towers reaching high into the sky. With the free flow of information and technology, it was the 2nd renaissance of mankind.
