I love Warhawk as much as the next person, and when developers do these types of cool contest, it just makes them even better in the gaming community.  Seriously, developers and publishers need to do more stuff like this to keep their community alive!  Anyway, I’ll let the peeps at PS Blog tell you all about the detail after the jump

So for insignias…Here’s what you need to know:

• The new insignia must be black and white.
• White is opaque, and Black is fully transparent.
• The ideal insignia uses only white, black and 50% gray.
• The new insignia must be 64×64 pixels.
• No words or text. The insignia must be graphic.
• The insignia must be submitted in BMP, TGA or PNG file formats.
• Do NOT submit your insignia in JPEG file format!
