Protecting your PC from the internet’s worse
I was reading Maximum PC the other day, and I came upon their recommendation for a software called ThreatFire. Based on their glowing review, I thought I tried it out because when it comes to spyware, you can never have too many (the same can’t be same about AV/firewall - Hint* Only have one).
Threatfire is a software that protects your PC from adware and spywares by not searching for signature but for searching for behaviors. They crosscheck certain files with behaviors that could correlate to an adware or a spyware. I must say, they do a pretty good job at it. The installation was painless, they offered an 10 step tutorial online that detailed everything. This program really is a simple program to use.
To boot, it’s free and doesn’t use up a lot of system resources. One of the best free program I’ve encountered in recent months. Anyway, don’t take my word for it. Check it out!
