They don't tend to know what "sit" or "stay" is. I wouldnt understand why he would pee though, if you tug on his choke chain unless it's somewhere genetic in him that might cause his bladder to be uncontrollable when his heck is squeeze? I recommend taking him to the vets to check out his bladder. I don't recommend having a choke chain on a cat though. Hi Mary,
