Sony 3rd Quarter Earning Report
It is widely known that with the PS3, Sony was bleeding money. Well, more like hemorrhaging. But thanks to cost cutting implementation at the factory level, Sony’s gaming division is back in the black for Q3 of the 2007 fiscal year (ends in March 31st 2008).
Of course, the return to profit in gaming division was probably also affected by the sustained sales of PS2 hardware and software, as well as the revitalized PSP hardware (although not software…yet).
