Project Tideas - Revived, Rewind, Revisit

Wow.  That’s all I can say.  It has been a long time since I’ve updated this blog, and even longer since there has been any relevant update to it.  I just want to say I’m still here, still alive, and now I’m awesomely enjoying life in Washington DC.

My gamer side has been put on the backburner, as life has gotten busy, but no fear.  I’ve recruited new writers to contribute to this blog.  Hopefully, they will be even more entertaining than myself.

Expect some changes around here. I know the forum is down. I’ll try and get it back up and running as soon as I can.

SOCOM Confrontation beta officially unveiled

⊆ September 5th, 2008 by Richard Stack | ˜ No Comments »

Well, it’s 10:45, and despite becoming available at 1:00, I have yet to play any Confrontation. Slow internet ftl. From what I hear it is pretty good, the only problem being connection issues (Which you’d expect from a beta). The Socom team says they’re working to have these issues resolved by the end of next week, so just hold tight.  Once I finally have the beta downloaded I’ll be sure to post my impressions for those unlucky enough to be beta-less.

One More name Off The List

Being born in the 90’s had a lot of advantantages. Life really stopped sucking by the time I was finally able to appreciate it. Unfortunatly, it also meant I would never see Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin in concert. I just won’t be able to see many classic rock bands live. Now sure there’s a bunch still playing, and the possible Zeppelin reunion means things shouldn’t be too bad, but unfortunatly I also live in Alaska. What a lot of the bigger bands seem to forget is that people actually live up here, and we’re kind of lacking quality music. Well thankfully awhile back God answered my prayers and gave us America. Great concert, it completely sold out. Well now We’ve got another awesome band coming up, you might have heard of them, it’s Kansas. This Saturday infact, at the Alaska state fair.

I am SO there.
